The buying process was fast and easy, but why wouldn't it be? It's a car dealership, and the quicker they can complete this process, the faster they can get you out and the sale be final. The day I went to pick my truck up 10/12/2024, I called to make sure it would be ready since I was driving in from out of town. I was told it was in "make ready." Well, I took their word for it and figured it would be clean and ready to go—wrong. So we went in completed the paperwork got our keys and before leaving they wanted to take a pic of their happy customers. I should have inspected the whole truck while we were there but we didn't i was pretty eager to get back home. On the drive home, my wife noticed some dirt on the floorboard of her side along with some dust in other areas on her side of the truck. There was some trash in the glove box and under her seat. So we got home parked the truck and didn't mess with it for a couple of days. Finally went out that following Tuesday, mind you I brought the truck home on Saturday. I went out to clean the whole inside of the truck because it was never "made ready". As I opened the door I noticed a bad smell. I figured it was because it had been sitting in the heat for the past couple of days so I continued to wipe the interior and vacuum it because it really was dirty. I got to the back seat and went to fold it up so I could vacuum underneath it and found that a portion of the back seat would not fold up, found that the latch was broken finally got it up by using a screwdriver to undo the latch. Thats when I found where the smell was coming from, below and behind the seat mold and mildew was growing on the carpet due to water that leaked in from the cab vents. There was also animal fur all underneath the seat and in the fold of the 60/40 bench seat. I ended up having to pull the whole back seat out along with the carpet on the floor and what was attached to the back portion of the cab right below the rear sliding window. After a 4-day deep cleaning process, the carpet looked new and didn't smell, I replaced the cab vents to prevent it from happening again. As far as the 60/40 bench seat not folding up the only way I can get it to fold up after it is down is by using a screwdriver to unlock the latch. Also, the lumbar option on the driver-side power seat does not work either so I need to get that repaired as well. Now today 11/18/2024 5 weeks later my service antilock brake system light came on. SO BUYER BEWARE, Inspect your vehicles before signing anything and leaving the lot no matter how tired you might be or how long of a drive home you might have. I think giving them even 3 stars is being generous. Why didn't I take it back so they could make the repairs you ask? Well if they couldn't even clean it right what makes me think they can fix it right?? Luckily I purchased a protection plan and can take it to any Dodge dealership for repairs where I know it will get fixed the way it should, As you can see in the pics the mold/mildew and some fur vs what it should look like. The latch thats broken and the service ABS light all within 5 weeks of bringing it home.

Not your typical sleazy car sales people over at Beck & Beck. They care about their customers, and they work with you to help you get what you need. We were in a pinch after a teenager ran into my husband's jeep, causing it to roll on the highway. Gary, Billy, and Quintan worked with our schedules and our budget to help us get a good, safe vehicle for our family. They made sure everything was in tip top shape, thoroughly detailed it for us, and even drove it to our house for us 45 minutes away. I can't say enough about these folks and their amazing service.
