The buying process was fast and easy, but why wouldn't it be? It's a car dealership, and the quicker they can complete this process, the faster they can get you out and the sale be final. The day I went to pick my truck up 10/12/2024, I called to make sure it would be ready since I was driving in from out of town. I was told it was in "make ready." Well, I took their word for it and figured it would be clean and ready to go—wrong. So we went in completed the paperwork got our keys and before leaving they wanted to take a pic of their happy customers. I should have inspected the whole truck while we were there but we didn't i was pretty eager to get back home. On the drive home, my wife noticed some dirt on the floorboard of her side along with some dust in other areas on her side of the truck. There was some trash in the glove box and under her seat. So we got home parked the truck and didn't mess with it for a couple of days. Finally went out that following Tuesday, mind you I brought the truck home on Saturday. I went out to clean the whole inside of the truck because it was never "made ready". As I opened the door I noticed a bad smell. I figured it was because it had been sitting in the heat for the past couple of days so I continued to wipe the interior and vacuum it because it really was dirty. I got to the back seat and went to fold it up so I could vacuum underneath it and found that a portion of the back seat would not fold up, found that the latch was broken finally got it up by using a screwdriver to undo the latch. Thats when I found where the smell was coming from, below and behind the seat mold and mildew was growing on the carpet due to water that leaked in from the cab vents. There was also animal fur all underneath the seat and in the fold of the 60/40 bench seat. I ended up having to pull the whole back seat out along with the carpet on the floor and what was attached to the back portion of the cab right below the rear sliding window. After a 4-day deep cleaning process, the carpet looked new and didn't smell, I replaced the cab vents to prevent it from happening again. As far as the 60/40 bench seat not folding up the only way I can get it to fold up after it is down is by using a screwdriver to unlock the latch. Also, the lumbar option on the driver-side power seat does not work either so I need to get that repaired as well. Now today 11/18/2024 5 weeks later my service antilock brake system light came on. SO BUYER BEWARE, Inspect your vehicles before signing anything and leaving the lot no matter how tired you might be or how long of a drive home you might have. I think giving them even 3 stars is being generous. Why didn't I take it back so they could make the repairs you ask? Well if they couldn't even clean it right what makes me think they can fix it right?? Luckily I purchased a protection plan and can take it to any Dodge dealership for repairs where I know it will get fixed the way it should, As you can see in the pics the mold/mildew and some fur vs what it should look like. The latch thats broken and the service ABS light all within 5 weeks of bringing it home.

We were in a pinch after a teenager ran into my husband's jeep, causing it to roll on the highway. Gary, Billy, and Quintan worked with our schedules and our budget to help us get a good, safe vehicle for our family. They made sure everything was in tip top shape, thoroughly detailed it for us, and even drove it to our house for us 45 minutes away. I can't say enough about these folks and their amazing service.

This team is highly professional and efficient. They were able to quickly and effectively find us the type of vehicle we needed. They work very fast at finding the best deal possible. I am very impressed and will be a returning customer.

I found a truck that I was interested in online at Beck & Beck Buick GMC. I sent an email. Received a phone call shortly afterwards. The buying experience went very smooth. My Sales Rep. Harry, was very knowledgeable about the truck that I was interested in. The trade-in offer for my vehicle was more than fair. The price on their vehicle was acceptable. Harry was a great guy to do business with. Mr. "Q" in the Finance Dept. did a great job explaining the financing and different insurance packages. I was in & out in just a couple of hours. We scheduled the installation of the bed liner and the running boards for the next day. It was going to take 4 or 5 hours to get everything done. Went to buy a vehicle. I can write how many disappointments there were but going to type this quick. I sat 5 hours for them to say a bunch of lies and waste my time. Left without a car. Left extremely tired and disappointed. I will never in the history waste my time there again. Don't waste your time or money. This place is such a mess.

Service department did everything in their power to fix an accident they caused but with new ownership they came up short. They damaged my back fender and tailgate during a routine oil & fuel filter change, I was informed it was damaged and they would take care of it, no other details were given. 27 days later, after multiple calls to find out the status...I was notified it was ready. I went to pay (not expecting a full bill due to the situation) to be told no military discount and the bill was $314.10..slightly irritated. I turned my truck on to find out it was below Empty on diesel (it was dropped off with nearly a full tank), and 369 miles were driven after the oil and fuel filter change...I did not authorize anyone to drive it long distance! So you used my diesel, my miles of a new oil/fuel filter change, no discount, and the body work was poor at best, bubbling paint, bubbles in the clear coat and the tailgate wasn't even touched. Tim, the service manger did his best under the new constraints to help. I bought a truck from Soechting the month prior to the new ownership...it was the BEST buying experience I've ever had to then go to this experience with Beck&Beck...my worst experience to date. I really like the service team, always have, but it seems like the parent company of Beck & Beck has a long way to go with understanding this small town. Watch out for your toll tag bill, corporate drove it on those roads to and the service team had no idea and thought it was trailered. I plan to give them another shot at service as this was a one off, but it was a BIG one off that seems to be tied to new ownership.

Very disappointing service. The receptionist, "Sally" was very disrespectful and racist. My father, who speaks Spanish, called to see if they could check if they had a car part in their inventory and he also had the intention of speaking with a salesman to inquiry about a car he was interested in purchasing. Immediately, the receptionist told him that he needed to "learn how to speak English since he lives in the US" and denied complete service to him. We tried contacting the General Manager but she wouldn't allow us to speak to him and directed us to someone who claimed to be the owner. Whether or not he is the owner, he was completely on her side and never apologized for her behavior and offered no support or empathy for how we were treated. It is very saddening to see how poorly and disrespectfully they treat their customers, and how discriminative they can be. We are very disappointed, we had never had issues like this before with them and used to be very loyal customers and even recommended them to our family and friends. We hope that this treatment towards customers is fixed and that they can treat their customers with respect in the future.

While i wanted to buy a new truck from a local dealership, I was forced to go to San Marcos. It was Saturday and while Wayne was very helpful, he located a truck for me and ran my credit. I was approved. Wayne then said that someone was looking at the truck and i had to wait till Monday to find out if that person was going to buy the truck or not. Monday came which was MLK day. Since i had to go out of town on friday and wanted a new truck for the trip i called him a little before lunch. He then told me i had to wait till Tuesday now to see if that person was going to buy it. Well i didn't think that was normal and found a truck in San Marcos that was just like my old truck only 4 years newer. I went to see it shorty afterwards and went back home. Did the paperwork on line and was approved. I called Wayne but he didn't answer so i left him a message letting him know that i was signing on a new truck somewhere else so that way just in case he didn't get stuck with a truck. I was trying to be nice and professional with him. By 2 o'clock everything was done on line and approved. By 6 i was driving my new truck home. Here it is a month later and Wayne still has never called or made any attempt to say anything about slamming my credit and not being able to fulfill me with a new truck. Lesson here is never let anyone run your credit without having a vehicle on hand. I really thought that if you have someone wanting to buy and someone wanting to look that the one who's credit you ran a approved would get the vehicle. Just goes to show how Wayne is and how unprofessional his actions are. I thought he was a decent salesman but his final actions said what kinda salesmen he truly is. Sorry Wayne but you should be more professional when you fail to deliver. You really don't deserve 1 star because of your unprofessional actions. When i make a mistake I'm at least able to admit it and move forward. I would post a picture of my new 2019 3500 Chevy Highcountry dully but i won't let Google have access to my pictures.

I am very disappointed with the management in the Service Dept. My 75 year old mother brought her car to Soechting because she has always trusted them. She took the car in because it wasn't starting. They replaced a water pump and charged her $900. It still wasn't starting so they replaced a sensor and charged her $400. I went with her to pick it up and the car wouldn't start at the dealership. Darrell apologized, kept the car, and gave her a rental telling her it would be at no charge. Management calls her during the week and tells her that the car is now starting but the engine light is coming on. Her car was at Soechting since March 12th and she just got it back today. 3 weeks! Manager tried to charge her $300 for the engine light and also for the rental. When my mother told him that wasn't right, he said fine and told her not to ever come back. Really? The worst part? Car still isn't fixed.
