The buying process was fast and easy, but why wouldn't it be? It's a car dealership, and the quicker they can complete this process, the faster they can get you out and the sale be final. The day I went to pick my truck up 10/12/2024, I called to make sure it would be ready since I was driving in from out of town. I was told it was in "make ready." Well, I took their word for it and figured it would be clean and ready to go—wrong. So we went in completed the paperwork got our keys and before leaving they wanted to take a pic of their happy customers. I should have inspected the whole truck while we were there but we didn't i was pretty eager to get back home. On the drive home, my wife noticed some dirt on the floorboard of her side along with some dust in other areas on her side of the truck. There was some trash in the glove box and under her seat. So we got home parked the truck and didn't mess with it for a couple of days. Finally went out that following Tuesday, mind you I brought the truck home on Saturday. I went out to clean the whole inside of the truck because it was never "made ready". As I opened the door I noticed a bad smell. I figured it was because it had been sitting in the heat for the past couple of days so I continued to wipe the interior and vacuum it because it really was dirty. I got to the back seat and went to fold it up so I could vacuum underneath it and found that a portion of the back seat would not fold up, found that the latch was broken finally got it up by using a screwdriver to undo the latch. Thats when I found where the smell was coming from, below and behind the seat mold and mildew was growing on the carpet due to water that leaked in from the cab vents. There was also animal fur all underneath the seat and in the fold of the 60/40 bench seat. I ended up having to pull the whole back seat out along with the carpet on the floor and what was attached to the back portion of the cab right below the rear sliding window. After a 4-day deep cleaning process, the carpet looked new and didn't smell, I replaced the cab vents to prevent it from happening again. As far as the 60/40 bench seat not folding up the only way I can get it to fold up after it is down is by using a screwdriver to unlock the latch. Also, the lumbar option on the driver-side power seat does not work either so I need to get that repaired as well. Now today 11/18/2024 5 weeks later my service antilock brake system light came on. SO BUYER BEWARE, Inspect your vehicles before signing anything and leaving the lot no matter how tired you might be or how long of a drive home you might have. I think giving them even 3 stars is being generous. Why didn't I take it back so they could make the repairs you ask? Well if they couldn't even clean it right what makes me think they can fix it right?? Luckily I purchased a protection plan and can take it to any Dodge dealership for repairs where I know it will get fixed the way it should, As you can see in the pics the mold/mildew and some fur vs what it should look like. The latch thats broken and the service ABS light all within 5 weeks of bringing it home.

We were in a pinch after a teenager ran into my husband's jeep, causing it to roll on the highway. Gary, Billy, and Quintan worked with our schedules and our budget to help us get a good, safe vehicle for our family. They made sure everything was in tip top shape, thoroughly detailed it for us, and even drove it to our house for us 45 minutes away. I can't say enough about these folks and their amazing service.

This team is highly professional and efficient. They were able to quickly and effectively find us the type of vehicle we needed. They work very fast at finding the best deal possible. I am very impressed and will be a returning customer.

I found a truck that I was interested in online at Beck & Beck Buick GMC. I sent an email. Received a phone call shortly afterwards. The buying experience went very smooth. My Sales Rep. Harry, was very knowledgeable about the truck that I was interested in. The trade-in offer for my vehicle was more than fair. The price on their vehicle was acceptable. Harry was a great guy to do business with. Mr. "Q" in the Finance Dept. did a great job explaining the financing and different insurance packages. I was in & out in just a couple of hours. We scheduled the installation of the bed liner and the running boards for the next day. It was going to take 4 or 5 hours to get everything done. Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Eddie Woo in our quest to purchase a new truck. I was impressed with selection of trucks available and outstanding service provide by Eddie Woo at Beck and Beck dealership.

Our salesman was wonderful. We were walking out the door to go to another car dealer when he convinced us to stay.

Easy scheduling for oil change and tire rotation through the GMC mobile app, timely service, was kept up to speed on the process, clean and cozy waiting area with good snacks, easy payment and exit without being hackled for extra “add-on” services as with other dealerships. There was no explanation of what services were completed on my vehicle and the receipt was not very descriptive so that would be my only area I’d like to see improved for next time. Much better customer experience here than at another local dealership.

I pulled into the dealership and right away, Gary greeted us and took me to exactly what I wanted to see. Unfortunately I didn’t get the car of my dreams that day (not his fault), but I did get to drive away with a beautiful, brand new car and I am still very happy! They made the process easy, although longer than normal (again not the dealerships fault)! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! I would buy another vehicle from them again!

I scheduled an appointment online to have my car's oil changed. I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled time and was greeted by Alvin Hix, who started the appointment. As I had chosen to wait for the service to be done, he came into the customer waiting area to address some other issues to be considered. I had asked him about having an inspection done for my upcoming registration renewal and he advised me they were unable to do it at that time, as their machine was down. He advised me that it was time to add a fuel additive to increase the performance, which I asked him to do. He also advised the front wiper blades needed replacing, which I was aware of and decided to go ahead and do since I was already there, as well as having the tires rotated. The final item was an open recall on the rear brake lines, which up until this point, Chevy did not have a "fix" for. He advised me there was a fix now and asked if I wanted to have that done. When I asked him how long it would take, he said about 2 hours. I told him I was not prepared to wait that long. I told him I would schedule an appointment online to have it done in mid August. The amount of time I did wait for all of the other maintenance was minimal at about 45 minutes to an hour. I was pleased with the interactions I had with Mr. Hix and the service desk upon checkout. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be returning in August to have the recall taken care of.
